Kimani Waweru

He graduated in 2006 fom the university of Nairobi.

He has over 10 years’ post admission legal experience.

He has worked with the top tier law firm of MMC Africa and with the Company secretaries division of the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limied.

In the year 2012, Mr. Kimani was an incorporating partner in the firm of Waweru Kimani & Company Advocates untill the year 2014 when the firm was re-organized to incorporate Dennis Muriithi as a partner to form Kimani & Muriithi Associates.

Mr. Kimani has extensive knowledge in commercial transactions and banking, project finance, legal regulatory and operational frameworks having extensively worked in the sector.

He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.

He is also a commisioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

He is currently pursuing a qualification in Certified Public Secretary (CPS) part five.
